We will give an overview on the different micro and nanofabrication platforms available inside UAB campus. UAB cleanroom, NanoQuim platform at ICMAB and the CNM-IMB cleanroom infrastructures will be presented together with their main equipment and services. Detailed info will be given about how to gain access to these services.

Special attention will be paid on the main nanofabrication techniques from ICN2 and CNM-IMB joined effort. Focused Ion Beam (FIB), Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) and Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) systems will be explained as the main state-of-the-art nanofabrication techniques. AFM, SEM and FIB will be explained as major nano characterisation techniques.
